 U-Kiss is a South Korean boy band that debuted in 2008. As with other boyband, U-Kiss name also has an extension that is U (Ubiquitous), K (Korean), I (International / Idol), S (Super), S (Star). so it could be said that this group has a name stands for "Super star of the Korean International idol and everywhere" (what? things up really).

U-Kiss originally consisted of six members. Debuting for the first time in Japan on August 15, 2008. The group then released their first mini album "New Generation" on 3 September 2008. After it debuted on television through the show M! Countdown.

On February 23, 2011. Alexander and Kibum withdrew from this group for a reason. Kibum left the group because he wanted to focus on the business with his brother SS501's Kim Hyung Joon. and Alexander admitted that he wanted to continue his studies. But later revealed that they were out of being forced to sign a contract termination for change of members.
